Nicole Roebuck Warner is the Executive Director of AID Atlanta, which is one of the largest and oldest
non-profit HIV Service Organizations in the Southeast region (established in 1982).
She has been at AID Atlanta, Inc. for almost 26 years. AID Atlanta provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention and education, care and treatment services including HIV/STI screening and free treatment, PrEP counseling and care, free HIV medical care and treatment, case management, other community outreach and
prevention programs, mental health care, and onsite pharmacy services through its partnership with the
AIDS Healthcare foundation.
Prior to being promoted to the Executive Director over 10 years ago, she spent 16 years in several leadership roles and as the Director of Client Services providing leadership and oversight of the agency’s largest program, case management, two medical clinics, as well as mental health, housing, and other support service programs. She has served on the Ryan White Part A Metropolitan Planning Council for over 20 years and is the Quality Management Committee chairperson. She created the agency’s leadership academy and has provided trainings on leadership, medical care retention, adherence, case management, treatment planning, grants management, etc.
She has also served as the Itinerant Programs manager for the Virgin Islands State Department of Special
Education and as a lead social worker at the Association to Benefit Children in New York City. A trained
social worker, Ms. Roebuck Warner received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York
University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University in New York City.
She also owns a non-profit youth organization, the Virgin Islands All Stars Majorettes which teaches girls baton twirling, dance, teamwork, and leadership skills while exposing them to their rich Caribbean culture and history.
She is the head of her dance ministry at Faith and Grace Lutheran church and is a faithful woman of God.
She is the loving wife of husband Leonard Warner Jr, the mother of three adult children Dreigh, Leonard
and Adiyah, and grandmother of Carter Reigh.
